Yesterday seemed to fly by with the bustle of activity that included a late lunch date and then a lovely dinner. And, it looks like today will be a repeat!
Before I dash off, I would like to share my thoughts on the 2011 Ernesto Catena Tahuan Malbec I had last night. This lovely wine from Argentina was a deep ruby color and full bodied. The aromas were blackberry, spices and a hint of mocha. We tasted black raspberry, fig, licorice and a hint of chocolate. Soft tannins and a medium finish made this a very drinkable wine. http://www.ernestocatenavineyards.com
Enjoy the day!
