It’s another rainy Monday. I’m dancing between the raindrops and hoping for the sun to make an appearance soon!
As I mentioned in an earlier post, several bottles of wine were opened on Saturday evening. One of the wines was a 2013 J. Lohr Riverstone Chardonnay from Arroyo Seco Monterey, Central Coast, CA. This is an easy drinking wine with a reasonable price tag of $12 -$15. The color was pale straw with heavenly aromas of pear, peach, vanilla and oak. The flavors were rich with stone fruits and a creamy texture. The finish was long with hints of oak and vanilla lingering on the palate. I will definitely buy more to keep in the refrigerator! https://www.jlohr.com
I have many projects to attend to today. Don’t forget about the Stanley Cup tonight!
